Objectives
The Master in Business Administration (MBA) Program
aims to meet society's growing need for managers and leaders who
will be able to introduce and develop quality management and
innovation into their companies, non-profit organizations,
government agencies and educational institutions, to allow these
organizations to effectively meet the changing challenges of the
marketplace, both globally and in the Philippines. The Graduate
Program in Business fulfills its educational philosophy by educating
and preparing men and women to lead, create, build and manage value
for all their customers, whether these customers come from outside
or within the respective business organization. Unfortunately, the
pursuit of such higher learning has become very difficult, when this
is coupled with the demands of employment and family. The program is
therefore oriented toward the person who is already gainfully
employed and who cannot afford full-time graduate work at the
expense of his or her employment. The program has been designed to
permit the student to continue working and at the same time obtain
the Master in Business Administration (MBA) degree within two school
years.
