Admission:

The following people are allowed to use the library:

1. Student currently enrolled in the University

2. JRU faculty, staff and officers

3. alumni

4. Researchers who are covered by JRU Inter-Library agreement

5. Researchers from other schools and agencies

6. Special patrons

Requirements:

1. Bar-coded ID for JRU students, faculty, staff and officers to be able to access the library collections.

2. Referral letters from institutional librarian for non-JRU students.

3. Valid company ID for other non-JRU professionals.

Borrowing:

1. A student/pupil/faculty member/officer may borrow four (4) books at a time, one (1) reserved and three (3) circulation books.

2. RESERVED BOOKS are loaned out for two (2) hours renewable for another hour depending on the demand and multiplicity of the copies.

3. CIRCULATION BOOKS are loaned out for three (3) days renewable for another days depending on the demand and the multiplicity of the titles.

4. REFERENCE BOOKS, PERIODICALS, VERTICAL FILES MATERIALS and ARCHIVES collections are INSIDE THE LIBRARY USE ONLY.
