The Graduate and Law Libraries are located at the second floor of the Tower building. The Graduate Library occupies the right wing portion of the section while the Law Library takes up the left wing of the area.

Both libraries have continuing and sustainable programs of increasing their holdings and enhancing their delivery of quality services.  To date, the Graduate library has about 2,444 volumes of books and several titles of scholarly and peer reviewed journals.  Likewise, the Law library has about 8,221 volumes of books and are supplemented by different legal periodicals and electronic holdings such as LEX Libris CD-ROM collection and other Internet access reference and linkages.
