Jose Rizal University (JRU) is a member of the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA).  It runs an athletics program which involves students in competitive sports with other collegiate teams in leagues all over the country. The program motivates students to gain self-discipline, spirit of teamwork, sportsmanship, and confidence. Moreover, it helps foster school loyalty.

 All programs complement the school curriculum, and aligned with the overall educational objectives of JRU.
