The induction of the officers and directors of the Jose Rizal University Alumni Association was held on May 15, 2009 at the Tower Club of the Philiamlife Tower in Makati City. The event was attended by Dr. Vicente K. Fabella (inducting officer), Dr. Ma. Cristina Bate, Mr. Theodore Calaguas, Mrs. Norma Montalvo, Dean Wilhelmina Neis, senior officers and officials of the University and several other guests.

Those inducted were: Isabel C.Y. Cu, President; Virgilio J. Calaguas, 1^st Vice President/Auditor; Carroll U. Tang, 2^nd Vice President; Evangeline M. de Jesus, Secretary; Efren Y. Dimalanta, Treasurer; Delfin M. Asistio, P.R.O. and Directors Eduardo J.F. Abella, Violeta M. Baltazar, Cristina F. Cariño, Jose C. Cruz, Edgardo M. del Fonso, Antonio C. Fernando, Karen Gail H. Pedrieta, Lucia E. Santos, and Ma. Regina B. Velasquez.
