Elementary School


The Elementary School provides early childhood to early adolescent education which focuses on developing basic communication skills and rational thought, acquiring functional literacy and understanding of the mathematics and scientific disciplines, forming life-long positive values which focus on love of God and country.

Accredited Level II by the Philippine Association of Colleges and Universities Commission on Accreditation (PACUCOA), the Elementary School pays particular’ attention to developing the students’ command of the English language.

 

Admission Requirements

The following must be presented for registration purposes:

New and transfer students*      

-          Completed application for admission (JRU Form 1)

-          DepEd Form 138 (report card)

-          Two identical 2” x 2” photographs

-          birth certificate or affidavit of birth**

-          baptismal certificate**

* Students interested in transferring to JRU Elementary School will be accepted for admission only until the fourth grade. The School maintains that a pupil must have studied at JRU Elementary School during his/her Fifth and Sixth Grades to be qualified for graduation.

**First grade applicants

Foreign nationals

-          Completed application for admission (JRU Form 1)

-          Alien Certificate of Registration (ACR) certified by the Department of Education (DepEd.)

-          Two identical 2” x 2” photographs

 

The University reserves the right to decline any application for admission to the University, which does not conform, to its policies, rules and regulations.
