Objectives

The Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management (BSHRM) program of Jose Rizal University deals with the development of the necessary and adequate technical and managerial skills and knowledge, as well as formation of desirable values and attitudes for those who would like to engage in the operation of commercial and institutional food and lodging facilities.  It is focused on hotel and restaurant operations and management.  It aims to produce graduates who can respond to the needs of the hospitality industry, both in the domestic and international arenas, by being trained by highly qualified faculty.
